Small company so you got to wear many hats.
Cons
The leadership was judgemental and critical if you were not "christian enough" to work there. The husband and wife duo was a disaster - he was degrading and belligerent to her in the office and in front of staff. Weekend work was required and the time you had to work was equivalent to about $7/hour in pay. Work /life balance was a joke.
