      Pros

      Working for a business who's product is bettering the construction industry by improving safety standards and transparency is hugely rewarding. There are brilliant opportunities for career growth, a self-directed but collaborative environment and opportunities for travel (role dependent).

      Cons

      Agility and readily adapting to change is the key to flourishing at HammerTech. Like most start-up/young businesses, tightly defined roles and a traditional career trajectories are not features of the business.

      Terrible sales leader

      Product is top tier, everything else is a facade

      Cons

      Sales leader fired entire sales team mid quarter after the most lucrative quarter yet. That team put in the work to get investors and even get that sales leader hired. Scammed AE’s out of large commission checks. They Pretend to be about culture and ethics but the opposite. Wolf in sheep’s clothing.
