Pros
Environment is great and folks appreciate quality of work and solid skills. Fabulous employer for short term esp. if you negotiate a top salary package. Leadership changes often, and they replace those under them, as routine process.
Cons
Your contract always states a retirement amount to collect when you leave as they don't contribute to your retirement as you go. Lump sum at the end is noted on the contract. However, their bylaws state you can't collect if you stay less than 3 years, and it's not mentioned in the contract. There, bylaws trump the contract even if bylaws contradict the law. So, if you stay less than 3 yrs you'll be gipped your retirement.
