      Pros

      The people there are amazing to work with and you get some cool projects that let you be creative.

      Cons

      management... The do not care about there employees and see them as expandable. The do not give any notice of termination and they contradict there self's. They also do not honor a 2 week notice they will let you go the next day.

      -lots of learning/training opportunities -good team

      Cons

      -got laid off after work dried up -entirely wfh (I missed collaborating in person at least a couple times a week) -worked off remote desktop from home (need really good internet)
