      You will be open to learn new things and their training school is vast with enough courses that you will be blown away.

      Cons

      - You will not get promoted - The top level management are always at logger heads and push their garbage on you - You will always be at fault even if you know nothing on the matter - The managers are unprofessional - The HR department is non-existence - You will be bullied continuously - Worst part about my experience there was, when my colleagues and I complained about an Executive bullying us, we got reprimanded and have been on the receiving end of more bullying.
