      Good place to START your career BUT.....

      Pros

      GREAT place to START your career and get training, just be gone in two to three years. The job there is pretty low pressure.

      Cons

      All the employee's in my department are 30% under paid (per my supervisor), Their medical insurance is a major pain to deal with. Room for advancement is practically nonexistent. Procedures in my department seem to change on a weekly basis.

      Pros

      While I was employed the company remained solvent. Paychecks were paid as required. The benefit package was slightly above average.

      Cons

      In the last few years there has been a substantial drain of young talent as they were habitually underpaying their staff. As the market has heated up many people have found greener pastures.
