Pros

The company culture was really great. We worked hard, and we played hard. It was a great place to be for a lot of years.

Cons

Many of Haines customers refuse to purchase from a company who treats their employees as badly as they do. They can purchase their products just about anywhere, for a better price, and much better customer policies. I am sure that their bottom line reflects the "new management methodology".

Pros

Very few to none, NONE.

Cons

Significant disinterests from the corporate management. Branch manager is absent 80% of time having no idea what management means. The warehouse, distributing extremely heavy flooring material, is self-managed by HS educated old timers creating a street thugs-like environment. All trucks are rented from Ryder, most of them with technical problems (high % for break down per my own experience). Each truck is rented to different driver every day. Firm has major lack of equipment needed for unloading material several thousand lbs heavy.
