Don't be fooled by the con artistry - you will regret it and remember this review
Pros
I've been meaning to write this review for some time. Wanted to make sure I had enough time away from the place to reflect on the experience. There are very little pros to this place. You do get an opportunity to work on projects you aren't prepared for, so if you are a self-starter then you should be ok and you will grow from that exposure. Can't beat the 10-3 work flexibility and the dog friendly office. I think compensation is fair for Austin but there is no 401k match and health benefits are poor so it's really not worth it. Also, don't be fooled by the profit sharing aka ROC - there is little clarity about how it works.
Cons
The Hahn team is trying to make this review disappear. Remember they are PR people so they know what they are doing - working hard to obscure the truth about what it's really like to work at their awful company. My main piece of advice: work somewhere else, especially if you are a woman. Below is a revised version of my original review but keep in mind there is much more lurking below the surface of this review: -Mostly ALL members of leadership have only worked at Hahn for their ENTIRE career and seem to lack basic leadership, management or communication skills. They have very little experience and generally don't know what they are doing. -The owner seems very emotionally unstable and has often acted in a verbally abusive way to employees, not to mention highly inappropriate. -It feels like there is very little management at this place. Everything is shockingly disorganized and the systems and operations of running the place are seemingly non existent. -Revolving door of employees. People are hired and fired constantly with no regard to the implications on their lives. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews on here, probably some sort of financial manipulation is happening when people get fired. -No HR systems in place, in fact someone was allegedly not hired because "they asked about HR during their interview" -It seems like everyone in Austin knows this place is a joke and sham -Clients will likely treat you like interns -I genuinely feel sad for anyone who works here because they aren't learning and growing and they are being manipulated to think it's a good place. Very sad for them since they don't know any better.
