This is both unethical and likely illegal. 🔹 Workplace Misconduct: Employees, especially female colleagues, have faced inappropriate comments, shayaris, and double-meaning texts inappropriate touching under desks from reputated member. Complaints made to the department go ignored or are brushed aside — creating a toxic work culture. 💡 This post is not about revenge — it's about awareness. If you're a fresh graduate or a job seeker, please be cautious about such environments.
