Probably the worst bank to work for in Singapore. If i could give one star, I would definitely do. Everything is wrong about this branch. Just to name a few: - Employee benefits below market standard - annual leaves below market standard -zero flexibility - 3 months notice period - long working hours - management only bother to squeeze everyone without taking care of the well-being of the employees When the turnover rate is so high for a bank of this size, you know something is really wrong in this organisation. Most people tendered within a few months. Even the long serving employees have chose to leave. Management is oblivious to the situation despite so many feedbacks from people who has left.

Where do you even start? 1. Messy structure with head office 2. Lousy and inconsistent HR policies. Weak benefits as compared to the market. Management here seems to believe that they are being competitive by offering the absolute minimum. 3. More on HR policies - annual leave days lower than industry average, work from home is a foreign concept (more on this), notice period is a huge deterrence, convoluted terms between employment contract and practice. 4. Management seems to believe that it’s perfectly alright to recall employees who have been stricken with covid to return within 7 days despite still testing positive. 5. There is no such thing as working from home even though work can be performed from home.
