      -Partners/owners treat employees as valuable contributors and peers -Partners/owners work hard to establish relationships with the entire staff -HWC colleagues are some of the brightest and best I've worked with during my career -Managers allow team members autonomy to explore creative solutions to project challenges -Leadership strives to impress importance of work-life balance -Leadership ensures employees are recognized for efforts and successes -Office environment remains fun and productive, despite working on serious and high-profile projects -Company as a whole is extremely supportive when life hands you a lemon -The work is challenging and rewarding, with plenty of opportunities to work on various projects of interest -Compensation is quite competitive -Company has a great record of performance with current and past clients
