Pros
In-office friendships are valuable. Good communication between other employees in other branches is a great grapevine to get the latest on how to proceed with any of Hunt's new gimmicks.
Cons
Very little effective communication from management (both branch level and corporate) on new programs. Always told to search it out on the computer. Volatile corporate structure - on pins and needles always waiting for a door to slam or be yelled at.
