Third year running that the vast majority of staff have not received raises. But the "Board" can take senior management on "Brain Storming" trips to Las Vegas or another in New York that is scheduled for later this month (with a select few staff) spending tens of thousands of dollars that could have been better spent giving even meager increases to the people who have been busting their butts to service their clients for years now with no appreciation. The "Board" obviously thinks the rank and file are stupid and can be appeased by a free breakfast or an occasional $25 gift card. Either that or they just don't give a sh!t about the staff and are going to take their money and run at the end of the big contract. Many quality people have already left and many more will be following soon. It's quite a shame what's being done to this once promising company by mismanagement.

Low wages, No raises just excuses, only the best get bonuses based on nothing, High turnover, Doing more work for the people that left with no hires approved, poor tools and vehicles, negative culture, no diversity, absentee upper management-everything is through one COO that is inept, weak and a liar. HR is a joke. Don't bother applying.
