      Steady workflow, Steady Paycheck. as a large freight brokerage company we where slways growing

      Cons

      Was baught out by Batch Freight formaly CDL1000 that did not want to pay the drivers ontime. took all the money from the company to grow batch and closed business and destoyed owner opperators. they furlowed thew entire staff that had been there for years.

      Relaxed atmosphere, decent pay, originally room for advancement or cross-training. co-workers became like family.

      Bad communication between upper management and operations teams. Closed down

      The people that we work with on a day to day basis are great.

      After we went through a merger, we lost some good people but we still have a lot of good ones left!
