Pros
Great, friendly people (for finance). Lots of opportunities to rotate roles and teams.
Cons
Was told we would have opportunities to join the Wealth Management division of the bank during our 4, 6 month rotations but had the structure of the programme changed during the period so that we were required to stay in Retail based roles for at least the first 3. Low pay relative to industry.
