Pros

This company used to be a retained searching firm, and most of its senior leaders still works as a typical retained Consultant, you can engage with lots of senior candidates and you can learn a lot from the senior candidates. Moreover, you have quite independency to handle your own cases, as long as you can show the progress or the result after spending your effort and company's money.

Cons

No work and life balance, they will brainwash you like "work is life, life is work, so, your work and life balanced!" The morning exercise could be quite annoying to some people No appreciation and no fun environmental, even you did something good, they will only say "what's the next?" Everyday, Every week, Every month, only thing is NUMBER, if you can't cooking the NUMBERS, you will suffer. Almost no training.

Pros

In a fancy building, Central Plaza. Good for fresh graduates in a sense that they can start from associate consultant instead of researcher. i.e. have more chance to meet candidates and clients. But it is also because of the high turnover rate, seasoned recruiters won’t stay long.

Cons

Super cold-blood top management. The leader treats every staff as a tool to make sales. She doesn’t respect people at all, just keep asking more and won’t appreciate one’s effort. Keep advocating the mindset "work is life, life is work, that is work-life balance". The leader keep playing the trick of bias and lead by conflict. The competition is extremely intense, no team spirit at all. They always believe that the business will be optimized if people compete with each other and regard everyone as competitors and enemies. Super-crazy management style, definitely not suitable for human.

Pros

Great location in Ginza area

Cons

freaking long working hour plus working on Saturday and 3 times a week that you have to be at office earlier at 8 or 8:30. You will have to dedicate all your time to the company with homework on Sunday and get off earliest around 7:30pm. For those people who wants health and life, please do not join this organization. And fairly low paid compare to other company in Japan.
