Pros

They give to charity. I got to pay bills.

Cons

The hours are terrible and there is no flexibility. You are heavily micromanaged. Senior Management doesn't have the slightest clue how to manage, probably because they were never in the role they manage or they were just promoted because they were liked by the right person. You will not be heard, ideas to make processes and procedures more effective are ignored. You either conform or move on. There is no such thing as work life balance.

Pros

Quick onboarding. Great coding support. No down time/bench time between assignments. Good schedule flexibility when needed, of course can be limited by the contracting facility. Small company, close family-like feel.

Cons

Smaller company, so advancement opportunities might be limited; however if one is not prioritizing advancement, this is not an issue.

Pros

I had a remote position and I never felt disconnected. It’s a small company that makes you feel like a part of the family and well supported. The pay is competitive and the work schedule is very flexible.

Cons

I have no negative feedback.
