Pros
Honestly, this place really changed things for me and I am very grateful. It allowed me to do my best and maximize my earning potential, gain respect and confidence. It is a meritocracy - if you are a hard-working and a smart worker, you'll thrive. But you want a cozy 10am-4pm WFH flexi-job with a pat on the back for minimum effort, try being an influencer.
You get what you give and so far I've gotten just as much as I've given and that's not just in terms of money, but also respect and trust.
Also, we often do fun things here and there, like company events and weekly lunch gatherings, online games for healthy competition and playing Uno in the break area.
THERE IS ONE KPI - and it is an annual billing target. I cannot stress enough how much un-micro-managed you are here. If you are being micromanaged, you have brought it upon yourself.
Cons
I think there could be slightly more flexible - but there have been changes made recently to this end. Step in a right direction.
Being a bit stronger on screening, we've made a few bad hires and it's really impacted the culture and atmosphere.
A structured growth plan. Things are very dynamic, People don't know if they are on track for promotion or not (cluelessness can lead to confusion).
