I have been working in this company for past 4 years and I regret staying in this company. This is a "Lala" Company with new appointed CEO as "Lala" and all Four Directors as his pawns. Not a single person in the management including CEO is professional in their job (Not even the HR and Finance). Sometimes CEO talks to their engineers in hooligan language (you will not be able to tell in first meet). They exploit engineer and operators with their dubious contracts, false promises to transfer to international locations by using the name of Halliburton (which they never send), Leave and Days off rotations which they never follow (common for people to work for 4-5 months continuously without any free days), Unjustified job bonus deductions (Almost zero transparency in job bonuses). They try to retain freshers by showing them Transfer to Halliburton policies after 4 years of service (which they practically never send before 6-7 years of exploitation), Commitment bonus of 5Lacs if you stay for 5 years (You only get 3.5 Lac after tax deduction that too 6 month late).
