Pros

There is nothing positive here. Worst team leader deepshika. Do some work instead of gossips and thinking about future travel.

Cons

Indian team is run by her who has no knowledge about ant stuff. People are interested in travelling to Korea often without any work. It's more like tourism travel agency .change the management

DO NOT ACCEPT JOB OFFER

Pros

NONE - Do not apply to this company. They hire H1N employees from overseas or Korean college graduates who have no other job prospects due to their lack of English skills and then give them a low ball salary and work them to death with no overtime benefits. This is how they meet their margins. This company will go bankrupt within 5 years. ASK HR ABOUT TURNOVER RATE AND IF THEY SAY ANYTHING LESS THAN 45% YEARLY, THEY ARE LYING TO YOUR FACE.

Cons

- Low Ball Salary - Extremely High Workload - No Proper Training - Top Down Management - Inefficient work system - NO OVERTIME PAY FOR SALARIED INDIVIDUALS - Director / Manager / Executive level -> high salary, free car, free house, free tuition for children - Everybody else -> meager wages and stress

Thriving off of mediocrity

Pros

Lunch breaks and when I leave for the day.

Cons

Where does one even start? The levels of incompetence is remarkable. People doing jobs beyond their qualifications at all levels. Korean management who can't communicate to employees. Lack of structure. Rules only apply to certain groups. No room for growth if you are not a male Korean. Non Koreans are leaving the company in droves. If you are looking to grow and strengthen your skills this is not the place to do so, you may actually stunt your growth. Incompetence everywhere you turn. Poor decision making processes, lack of accountability. Meetings where only language spoken is Korean, so non Koreans are left wondering why am I here? Only apply if you have no other options, but still look for another job.
