      Very stable life & predictable future

      Horrendously strucutured program With very narrow-minded management that does not seek meaningful improvement, always play games on numbers for presentations and meetings with no insight Treat executive trainee of previous intakes very unfairly compared to new intake, bad compensation HR department completely fail, shows no intention to offer assistance Projects are not useful, filled with red tapes If you would like to possess no skill at all and do meaningless paper work and prepare notes for bosses meeting all day, join HKTDC

      Hierarchy, boss-oriented but not customer oriented

      Cons

      HK protests in 2019 leads to many road blocks and TDC management and HR need colleagues who cannot go to work owing to traffic issue to treat their absence as annual leave and need them to apply via system. Such an inconsiderate company and think carefully before you apply this company. Their benefits are disappointing in some ways.
