Not a good company to work for due to in competent leaders

Did not found anything till now except the thing that they credit the salary
Cons
1. Providing a very slow working laptop & using 10-15 years old tools/request procedures alongwith junk popups flashing every 1-2 mins 2. Opting flexi pay option in ur salary is like calling / mailing several times on deaf & dumb persons just to know on the salary that it has not been enabled yet & tax loss 3. Most of the freshers are demotivated & frustrated here as don't have a vision/ work & free most of the time 4. 5G unit head is not having the vision,strategy or technical knowledge to run the 5G unit & top of it he sits in gurgaon & managing this Bangalore office just to get fool from some of the chaplus & insecure type persons 5. Seems like no any 5g product will come out from here till the leader is changed of 5g unit as there seems to be no planning in any of the projects & leaders are just time passing& waiting for their retirement
