Pros

Great people with great connections.

Cons

Very disorganized environment with high stress levels. Results in a lot of blame games and no one takes accountability for inappropriate actions. Certain policies that were set in place for some, were excused for others. Policies are enforced and personal discretion. Low pay for staff that are often overworked. Not much room for career growth.

Good benefits package. Relaxed environment.

Cons

Higher level staff does not invest in younger employees, passive aggressive behavior on all levels, heavy amount of drama (pettiness, yelling, etc), horrible management tactics from upper level staff, inability to delegate work, disorganized, extreme amounts of favoritism, inappropriate behavior happens daily, pays lower level staff ridiculously low salaries.

Everything else. Poor management. Toxic environment. Pettiness at all levels. Inappropriate behavior. Bullying. Poor work life balance. Favoritism. Unappreciative. Discrimination. Supervisors are more like plantation overseers. High employee turnover rate. High expectations and low pay for lower level staff. Environment is more like a call center than corporate. I could go on... Don’t waste your time.
