      This Company Killed my Soul

      Pros

      No benefits, only longer-term staff are appreciated

      Cons

      - Authoritarian, hypocritical line managers - Ignorant Managing Director - Inter-company politics in the CRG Group - No formal training provided; staff are left to fend for themselves and HCL take no responsibility should they fail - Militant attitude; stay late or else - Micro management is a joke - No duty of care over staff

      Pros

      There are none. The directors have no clue or concern for any of their employees. They allow select staff to over ride the system and place staff who should not be placed.

      Cons

      Souls sucking vile company who will use you for everything they can and then spit you out. Management is a joke and HR is a bigger joke The Directors seen laugh and joke while staff are being made redundant.

      Started off great ended up the worst experience ever

      Never ran out of coffee and some great laughs with some colleagues

      Cons

      Management are dictators. ‘Favourites’ get special favours because of whatever they offer ( ain’t my place to say what) all about margins forget to look after their own. Merges worst thing to ever happen coz they couldn’t manage it properly
