Pros

I appreciate how HCL values their staff. They offer free training and upskilling programs.

Cons

HCL is one of the best company in Singapore, you can find a lot of good engineers in this company, hence it takes awhile to get promoted.

Pros

Pay package (in Singapore) is quite good. Headquarters in India is quite supportive. Good exposure to government clients. Good exposure to the Singapore Govt processes.

Cons

Work can get quite overloaded at times. Not enough resources (eg computing, accesories) due to budget constraints. Annual leave package is not that attractive.
