Pros

Hardly any good. If Brad is recruiting you he is sweet and charming, If Nick is recruiting you he is your new best friend but just wait until you actual come on board

Cons

You are nothing but a number. Please do not regard the miserable $42, you are working for $30 if you do not fall ill or get injured while on their project. God forbid you agree to be local; you will experience modern slavery, they are the worst

Pros

Growth of the company in spite of lack of leadership

Cons

Lack of leadership, no common vision except for profitability based on a root culture of selfishness from management that is clouded under a false pretense of being a faith based organization. In reality they use their Christianity as a cover for greed.
