Poor treatment of staff,patients and their families

Constantly short staffed. Poor wages considering the cost of living in the area. Growth within the company is difficult. Management and administration is nothing but a bunch of manipulative individuals. Unit management won't go out of their way to pick up a shift or two when the floor is drowning. Won't answer their phones at night or respond to messages until they show their face the next morning...that's if they show up before night shift leaves. They're about embracing diversity and promoting lifestyle balance, yet neglect to do so for their employees.
