      Pros

      Come and go as you please...but only after you befriend certain people. Lots of chaos. No structure. No documentation. No faithfulness to loyal employees. Bathrooms are clean. I wouldmy recommend this place to anyone. Even those I hate. It's too mean.

      Cons

      You should really only apply here as a last resort. This place is run by people who don't know what they are doing. I belive this place will crater soon through financial issues. They still use technology that was outdated in the mid 90's.

      Pros

      Easy to find a parking space and one of the 2 elevators is usually working.

      Cons

      Poor career development - no defined career paths and very limited company sponsored outside training. Nowhere to advance to..only a very few senior management positions, and they are not going anywhere. Slow to keep up with technology - the technology world is advancing much faster than this small company can. Inability to advance careers causes "A" players with options to leave company, leaving behind a concentration of lesser skilled staff members. Employment offers can be less than truthful - be sure to ask for proof of recent compensations before signing on. 1960's perception of race and gender roles - ladies be prepared to clean the kitchen while the men go out for a smoke.

      Pros

      Great work experience! Unlimited PTO policy(if not abused). Plenty of help and training. I fell ill in my first month and they did not give me any issues for taking a day + off to get better.

      Cons

      There are cons to every job. Just don’t be a baby and complain about the work load. It’s not as bad as previous reviewers have said.
