Low salary comparing to the market. Many people are leaving while the company can't recruit new staff due to the unattractive benefits, and those who stay need to take on extra workload (for free of course). So sometimes 1 person need to take on the workload of 2 while receiving the salary of 1. Every year management still set target increase (~10%) from the previous year, however no plan to increase manpower, or even decrease manpower due to people leaving as mentioned previously. So the loyal ones get crazy amount of workload and stress, and no work life balance while enduring with that salary.
