Pros

Salary packages are good. On time. Reimbursements are also on time. The pros are very low as the company is doing very bad and employees are suffering.

Cons

Company is in bad shape. Sales are down. Pressures are up. There are a lot of inter team feuds between teams of different area. Babu style company where support is very low. If you're not from this industry no one will give you two seconds.

Pros

Nothing in particular. If your boss is good, then you are lucky! Reimbursements are on time and salary is on time.

Cons

Leadership does not understand the market. Does not accept the country as a heterogeneous market, but views it as a homogeneous market. The company needs serious marketing. Marketing should drive sales and not the other way around. McKinsey is doing very bad consulting, bad guidance. Does not understand the middle management and puts undue pressure on new joiners and sets unrealistic targets. It asks people to consistently deliver high volumes in developed cities which is impossible. Digital marketing is pathetic. The company's leadership should be refreshed with new people and a decent digital marketing team to be formed. Leadership believes in sales while marketing people are snoring off!
