Nice offices, centrally located but no parking which was a pain. Some friendly colleagues... Free tea and coffee.
Cons
The guardian product is incredibly expensive and hard to sell. The quality is high but there is just little appetite for advisers to sell a high end product to their clients...Lots of issues with the company throwing money at the problem and teething issues getting out to market. I think they were over ambitious in their plans, targets were huge and when their delusional sales plan failed, it was the staff that paid the price and 1/3 of the workforce was made redundant. Those that survived were part of the widely known ‘inner circle’ and protected each other in my opinion... Team leader was difficult to work with and an aggressive sales person, always on your back and not well liked by any of the team...
