      Good but shaky due to 3 owners over 4 years

      Pros

      Independence, ability to work with clients on a personal basis to establish a plan to meet their goals and objectives.

      Cons

      Lack of support from home office and custodian. Once on board the firm resources are directed at more acquisitions rather than supporting the current staff and employees.

      Cons

      Guardian Partners Inc. (via acquisition circa 2020) is a mess. The guy in charge of the business is very hands off and doesn’t seem to care about his people.
