Cons
- Too focused on KPIs and wrapping up calls quickly. Sometimes 80 year old Francis wants to have a chat as I may be the only person she has spoken to that week or I want to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is ok - Rudest customers ever and management not supportive. Even the thickest of skinned people will get worn down from the amount of rubbish and slander from customers - Ok career progression, moved out of customer service however the department manager let me go without notice due to an underperformance which I had no idea about and thought I was doing fine - Always on your back about break times. If you're 30 secs late they act like it's the end of the world
