Pros
There were many opportunities to grow, with an expanding startup that were able to raise a lot of money.
Cons
The corporate climate was horrible at times. The processes weren’t the best and dealing with the customers was a nightmare. The company offered stock options, and after pressuring the ones that agreed to sign the contracts they put in place impossible ways to get them. There was no insurance included, no benefits (but a few holidays), and the extra time you worked wasn’t paid or compensated.
