Pros

The most interesting feature was to work 100% remote

Cons

Frequent organizational changes led to information gaps and lack of continuity. Following multiple rounds of layoffs, workloads increased significantly, requiring teams to absorb additional responsibilities. At times, there was limited visibility and support from management during these transitions.

Pros

The pay is good and the benefits are okay too.

Cons

The work environment got worse and worse over time. Before it felt like a very friendly and caring company but at this point it is a hierarchy of men that think they are above anyone but haven't actually worked in the bottom jobs before. They are constantly trying to push AI on us so we can teach it how to exchange us. Being an employee constantly feels like being exchangable and the job in general feels unsafe. They keep making changes that take away benefits from us just to benefit themselves and when it comes to workflow changes they also do not consider how it makes our work harder. It's all about numbers, no humanity, no raises in salaries even after years of experience, no interest in the employees inputs or ideas. A company without soul or love in what they are doing. There are also a lot of people being fired very unreasonably.
