the vast majority of people who work there are kind, they have a lot of pride in working at Grove Point, they do a lot of engagement activities to build team rapport at Headquarters
Cons
coaching of managers seems to be lacking and there was never an opportunity to give feedback about how your leaders were doing. My boss there was B.R.U.T.A.L.. Talked sack about everyone, was very disrespectful with interactions on all levels of the organization, including support staff and direct employees. It impacted my ability to thrive there pretty severly. A string of folks leaving without other jobs lined up should have given them a clue that maybe she was creating a hostile environment.
