Pros
1. The company is a small scale company, but the culture and inclusiveness this company brings in and instils in all its employees makes this a wonderful place to work in.
2. Growing company with lots of new projects coming in, which shows the faith that this company is able to create across its clients.
3. The management is very cooperative and it always cares for its employees as family members.
4. The work life balance here is top nudged.
5. No Bossism: Being a small organization, everyone gets an opportunity to work with the leaders very frequently and hence the scope to learn from them is immense. I personally have not felt a “boss-subordinate” culture being prevalent here at all. I work with all leaders and I always find them very warm in their responses/approaches towards all employees.
6. They deal with very chosen projects and deliver them with quality rather than trouncing on every single prospect project and failing to deliver them with quality.
7. Awesome leave policies: Apart from the regular PL/EL/SL, they provide many other leaves like, your birthday leave, Marriage leave, Extended Maternity leave, Extended Paternity Leave, Spouse birthday leave, Project Leaves etc. I hardly see any other company being so considerate about additional leaves.
8. There is a tremendous scope of learning and growing inside the organization. They are partners of SAP/Snowflakes and many more to come.
9. And yes, about Salary & Benefits: It really depends on what value you will bring to the table. If you are one who can create an impact, salary is not a constraint here at all. They pay no less than any other big players in the market. Additionally, there are periodic bonuses based on project performance and company's performance which are on top of your CTC.
10. The HR team is very cooperative and highly approachable for any concerns or doubts and honestly, so is the Top management.
11. They celebrate success and work together to achieve success. I love to be here and aspire to grow older with this wonderful family.
Cons
Being a small organization, the company was lacking Automated Payroll, Intranet services. But now these services are soft launched already and will be full-fledged in weeks to come. Other than that, I could not figure out any cons.
