      This place is a disaster

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice and projects are ok.

      Cons

      No senior leadership. Boring events. Zero interaction with peers. This company does everything to save costs. Like the other reviews state, once a project is complete they throw you out. Job security is non-existent. No room for growth. My salary went up 35% when I left the company.

      No senior leadership. It's just CEO for everything. Rest of the leaders cannot speak. New HR person, seems good and knowledgeable but not sure if they will let her do anything or she will run away. Boring events ... Just bragging no fun or employee connect No transparency No appraisal or growth
