      1. Salary on-time 2. Incentive structure is present, and are timely paid 3. Work-Life Balance 4. Team members are supportive, understanding, and cooperative 5. No major botheration are given by the company outside office hours 6. Fixed office timings 7. Early leave policy, paid leave policy is maintained in proper structure 8. At no extra cost health insurance services are provided.
