Pros

Competitive salary and benefits. Located in San Francisco.

Cons

It's a dictatorship. Incredibly incompetent "leadership" - or more accurately no leadership. Total absence of foresight, planning or roadmap. Reactive management. A total imbalance of responsibilities. No recognition of good work and/or effort. Extremely bleak outlook. Wild west spaghetti code makes for a poor quality product. When it's time to deliver engineers will be working weekends while the CEO & CTO are taking another vacation.

Pros

Green technology that might be hot

Cons

- Highly political for a small company - Minority employee hell. Go to the company to see the ratio of minority employees. - No pat on the back for good work but any good work gets shadowed by management. - No career growth if you are not in the "in" group.
