      Great people. Fun atmosphere. Employees given a lot of autonomy

      Not enough structure around how to "succeed" at the firm - lack of clarity as to how to earn bonuses, get promoted

      Pros

      Lot of learning opportunities are there if you put in effort to understand. You should be proactive and approach one & all in case of doubts. Lots of good people working hard here on important issues of the day, if you can play ball you will fit right in.

      Cons

      Communication internally is only as good as you make it for yourself. It would be good if they learn to retain the knowledgeable employees
