Pros
A lot of opportunity for learning and building your own path within the company. Supportive of learning and training opportunities for Microsoft exams.
Cons
Always try to keep Jackie on your good side. If you make her upset or affect her work day negatively she'll start to treat you like a sweatshop employee and have a major meltdown, screaming, slamming doors, etc. She also is HR which makes reporting to management uncomfortable i.e. Ben the owner. Marketing doesn't do anything and still don't know what some of them do for their job.
