-Slavery, just because your are paid salary on time. they expect you to pitch your life to them and will point it out the moment you disagree with thier obnoxius practises -You are expected to know evrything and learn it in a day -No model to provide proper training and you are expected to deliver numbers since day 1 -Noone actually cares about growth and learning, they look for mindless telecaller Seniors will abuse you even at the slightest mistakes and expect you to be available even after work hours -Weekend off are a joke and you are made to work even when you have taken a planned leave -They encourage their fav enployees to get up close and personal with others and share information, then the seniors will use them and make you feel guilty even at small mistakes. They publically comment about your personal life and decisions. -Play favourites and would do anything to protect them, even if you complain about them - you are expected to work even wen you are sick or have had covid
