      Quarterly social events. Great office location

      Cons

      Childish internal politics among managers. Owner/CEO is on a money driven quest to get the company to an IPO in 4 years, putting high workloads and pressure on staff that is often unpaid. They sell you the position as an amazing opp when in reality the work is boring.

      Pros

      Like all out-sourcing company, Green Light does not bother the staff the assigned to their customer. The staff has to work out his own strategy.

      Cons

      Poor staff exit handling. I have left the company for more than 1 month and the company has yet to pay me in full. To make matters worst, instead of the company proactively working out what is my remaining remuneration (my service pay + my un-used leave). I am finding myself doing the weekly follow-up with GreenLight personnel and check with them on the progress.
