-Offers decent experience -Lots of responsibility -Good amount of vacation to start

Cons

-Management has unrealistic expectations, especially considering how poorly they pay -No direction (AT ALL) -Very poor senior leadership -VERY bad at thanking employees or showing any gratitude (which is ironic, because they preach this to their clients) -Extremely poor communication from managers (They don't tell you what they expect and complain when you don't meet their unrealistic expectations) -VERY low pay (Over sell bonus pay which is unattainable) -Poor organization (no protocols in place) -Feels like a start-up company ie. One shared phone for 3 people in tiny "office", wasn't even connected to a printer for 3 months!! -Absolutely terrible! Avoid at all costs!

Casual atmosphere Great company mission Depth of company insights and access to top executives makes influencing possible

Cons

Far too much politics and too little integrity/ethics in senior management No vision or strong leadership for how to leverage pros Several CEOs in 4-5 years - I think managers think they run the show now (but managers - e.g. AVPs - are too young and inexperienced) -Don't understand how to be an advisory/consulting firm
