      Pros

      It's rare to find an agency that cares as much as this one. Whether it's their clients, work or staff, there's a sense of pride that comes with being a part of the Gravity family. Sure, it's intimidating at first to join this team, but once you're in, you look out for each other. Leadership is exceptionally brilliant, and while sometimes tough calls have to be made, you can tell that they really care about the staff and work that's being done.

      Cons

      The company is in a state of evolution, and while I'm sure this will work out in the company's favour, sometimes you have to wear many hats to get the job done.

      On-boarding continues to be a challenge but I think underneath that is really about better communication in general (meaning we as partners need to do more frequent updates as we evolve). Definitely, a priority for 2019.

      -Work/life balance is strong -Helpful and intelligent peers -Fun clients (especially around the holiday season!) -Flexible atmosphere -Great for learning new processes

      Having worked in the industry for many years, I've been at a few agencies and I can say that Gravity is truly one of a kind Positive environment We have fun everyday (even when challenges present themselves) Access to and support from senior level management - open door policy with senior management Strategy at the heart of everything we do - no comprises - this results in strong work that consistently produces impressive results Fun clients! Dog friendly office :) Support from senior management in all employees personal and career growth - this means that if you have an interest in working on something outside of your area of expertise, senior management will offer their support and guidance when opportunities present themselves A truly collaborative environment All employees are like one giant family - everyone is always willing to help each other out and do what it takes to get stuff done

      Cons

      If you're looking for beer carts, social Fridays, and things of that nature you'll need to look elsewhere - Gravity rewards is all about rewarding staff with professional development instead When there are snacks in the kitchen you have to act fast
