Pros

Compassionate, friendly people who are so easy to get along with. They recognize good work, provide great feedback, and help you grow. I love the communication tools and organization, too -- everything is tidy and accessible.

Cons

They have a very extensive onboarding process, which is. a little intimidating! But it's sooo much better than being left in the dark. :)

Teamwork is extremely important, and it keeps you in constant contact with people from all over the world, making the remote experience less lonely. The pay is very competitive for Latin American markets. You have great benefits as an independent contractor, like support for health insurance, internet, and a stipend. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Decision makers don't have much visibility into junior position roles' jobs, so it's harder for them to consider you for promotions. However, the company is changing the processes to enhance that, so the growth path is faster.
