Create groups in Juniors and ask them not to talk to seniors. Managers insecure & try to take credit of work of others. No process for appraisal, will give good salary to people who butter them. Hire & Fire policy Outdated trainings. Even trainers not know technology. Only know some basic outdated concepts .
