      - Company provide technology - Base level benefits - Company vehicles for high employee performance - The leasing aspect of the job requires little effort; apartments practically lease themselves - Company invest in the development of their people - Your staff team will become like family

      Cons

      - Managers seem to have a poor aptitude for staff development and leadership - Managers may require you to treat customers inconsistently with out reason; this may make job expectations feel inconsistent. - The organizational leadership often presents the image of wanting to be progressing and cutting edge, but they don't do well with change or suggestions

      Pros

      Small company with a vibrant and modern atmosphere. Very easy to get hired. Some coworkers can be very friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and not supportive. They can be very unprofessional during times of high stress. High stress situations occur because they do not plan ahead and prepare for new projects. They think of a new idea and tell people under them to implement it with no support or guidance. If you do not live up to their unknown expectations they will give you the silent treatment, talk about you, and not offer any constructive criticism. They also have a tendency to be very snarky to residents with complaints and employees that do not agree with everything upper management does. They tend to leave petty comments on reviews
