- Great friendly atmosphere with considerate and genuine people - My role in field sales offers a great degree of variety from making cold outbound calls to attending networking events and entertaining clients. - Once you have proven yourself a valuable, hard working team member you tend to be given a good level of autonomy. - The company has a great attitude towards flexibility and working families which is felt throughout the organisation.

Cons

- I feel the company lacks a bit of the drive to stay current and innovative. - Whilst the flexibility is a good thing, it can also be taken advantage of. - Communication and collaboration between the teams could be stronger. There is a great deal of talent which if collaboration was nurtured and encouraged could yield much better results for the company.

Thank you so much for these lovely comments. As you are aware, we have gone though a big review over the last 12 months and as we progress, hopefully some of your issues will be dealt with. Certainly, our IIP action plan will address some of these. You have quite rightly pointed out, we are a small company but we do take pride in our commitment to helping people learn develop and grow in their roles. Never more so in Sales, where a significant investment is made in learning opportunities. The People team would be delighted to discuss how we can make improvements to our plans, so feel free to pop up with a brew for a chat.
